As announced in the 2023 Q1 (Issue 214) STARFLEET Communiqué our Chief of Science, Jessica Ko, was awarded the Order of Cochrane 1st Class for taking the initiative to be involved on a fleet level by joining the Corps of Engineers & working on the STARFLEET News Service both behind & in front of the camera.
